The Office of Conference and Event Management is responsible for the master scheduling of University facilities for all University-sponsored and external events and meetings. For assistance in selecting and reserving space on campus, contact the office at (203) 254-4000 ext. 2377.
Some of the spaces available for reservation include:
- Classrooms and Meeting Rooms - classrooms and meeting rooms can hold groups as small as 10 or as large as 150 depending on your needs. Most classrooms and meeting rooms are equipped with laptops and audio/visual capabilities.
- Large Event Spaces - The Office of Conference and Event Management directly oversees several large venues on campus that can be set up in a variety of ways for events like lectures, programs, or banquets. These spaces include the Barone Campus Center's Lower Lobby and Oak Room, Gonzaga Auditorium, the Dolan School of Business Dining Room, and the 42 Bellarmine Road Dining Commons. The Office can also work with you to reserve other large spaces on campus depending on your event needs.
The Levee - our on-campus sports bar is an all-age facility sponsoring programs for those both under and over the age of 21. For those 21 and older, a legal ID is required to access the pub area. It is also home to Angelo's Pizza Restaurant, a favorite of students and community members. The Levee's stage and audio/visual capabilities make it an ideal space for bands, dances, DJs, and comedy shows. It also has four large screen televisions, a billiard table, and is Wi-Fi friendly.
