CAEP Accreditation

Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP).

The School of Education and Human Development is accredited by the Accreditation of Education Preparation (CAEP) through December 2028. Formerly NCATE, CAEP is the sole accrediting body for educator preparation providers.

Registration for Summer 2024 courses begins on February 1, 2024 for all students. Use the drop-down arrow to select Summer 2024 term in the Browse Classes box. Then select Continue and enter the subject in the Subject box and select Search.

Summer 2024 courses begin on Monday, May 20, 2024.

  3. Select the term for which you would like to search for classes and click Continue.

The Kathryn P. Koslow Center for Marriage and Family Therapy, made possible through a generous gift, is a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest in technology to provide students with superior clinical training.

Advisory Board

The Advisory Board is a leadership group that promotes the mission of the School, advises on strategic planning and programmatic initiatives, assists in fundraising, and fosters outreach and communication with professional and community constituencies.

Early Learning Center

The Fairfield University Early Learning Center is designed to provide quality daycare services at a reasonable cost. The Center also serves as a resource for the study of early childhood development in the School of Education and Human Development and the School of Nursing.
