Campus Visits and Interviews

A Campus Visit lasts approximately 90 minutes. A Visit consists of an admission information session followed by a campus tour. Campus visits provide a great introduction to Fairfield University. Information sessions include an overview of academic life at Fairfield University, as well as the admission process and financial aid. Campus tours are led by one of our volunteer student tour ambassadors. Tours provide insight into student life at Fairfield University and include visits to the DiMenna-Nyselius Library, the Barone Campus Center, a residence hall room, a classroom, and Egan Chapel of St. Ignatius Loyola.

An interview provides a great opportunity for you to speak directly with a representative from the Office of Undergraduate Admission. Your interviewer may be a member of the admission staff or a carefully selected and trained senior interviewer. During your interview you will have the opportunity to discuss your academic record and accomplishments, as well as your goals and aspirations. You will also have the opportunity to clarify any questions you may have about Fairfield University.

Students who choose not to submit their standardized test scores are strongly encouraged to schedule an interview. Interviews are not a required part of the admission process and students will not be penalized if they are unable to come to campus for an interview. Appointments are available upon request prior to the application deadline. Please check the information below for the most current schedule.
