Group Visit Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in Fairfield University! We are excited to host your group on campus.
A group visit begins at 10:15 a.m. and includes an information session and campus tour. Your visit will conclude at 12:30 p.m. Please note, these are the only times we are able to offer campus visits.
For all group visit requests, please allow at least two week's notice. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, due to regularly scheduled visits we may need to consider alternative dates.
We offer elementary and middle school group visits from June-August only.
We can host a maximum of thirty-five students for each group visit. For every ten students, there must be one chaperone present.
After your visit, you may choose to eat lunch in our cafeteria at a discounted rate of $8 per student. If you wish to have lunch on campus, you must schedule this at least two weeks in advance so we can notify our Dining Services.
