Students come to Fairfield University for a wide variety of reasons and attend in a number of ways. While many attend as full-time undergraduates, many others approach their undergraduate studies as part-time students or even come to earn a second undergraduate degree. Some come to Fairfield to take a professional certificate or just to enroll in a course for personal enrichment.

- Second Degree Nursing Program
- Dolan School of Business
- College of Arts & Sciences (including Bachelor of Liberal Studies and traditional arts & sciences undergraduate majors)
