Resetting Your NetID Password
If you forget your NetID password, or if it has expired, you will not be able to reset your password online. Instead, please bring a photo identification to the Computing & Network Service (C&NS) Help Desk between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (9 a.m. to noon on Fridays during the summer). The Help Desk is located on the ground floor of Dolan Commons, just around the corner from Human Resources. If you are unable to come to campus during business hours because you're out of state, please contact the Help Desk at (203) 254-4069.
We strongly urge you to change your password before its 120-day expiration to avoid having to come to campus to reset your password.
