Welcome to the office of Campus Operations website. The campus facility operation is responsible for the maintenance, renovation, construction and planning of the University buildings and grounds. Campus Operations has broad responsibility of all aspects of plant maintenance and operations, in addition to all new construction, energy management, custodial services, fire and environmental health & safety management. The Campus Operations office oversees a 204-acre campus and 1,800,000 square feet of building space.
The Campus Operations administrative offices are located in Dolan Hall, Room 210.
