Whether you're a student, alumnae/us or employer seeking to fill professional positions within your organization, the staff of the Career Planning Center is eager to assist you.

Our mission is to provide students with services and programs to learn about potential career options, teach them skills needed to promote themselves successfully to the employing community, and maximize their employment opportunities. In doing so, in keeping with the Jesuit tradition, we encourage students to understand the importance of balancing their careers with ethical and religious values and a sense of social responsibility.

We encourage each student to assume responsibility for his/her own career development. Partnering with students, employers, and the greater Fairfield Community, the CPC is dedicated to making the University "the place" to recruit entry level, professional talent.
