Summer Internship Recruiting

The Summer Internship Recruiting Program at Fairfield offers students the opportunity to gain meaningful career related experience in an area related to students occupational goals.

On-campus recruiting for junior summer internships takes place during February and March. We are committed to working with you to help you become a partner with us in hiring top quality people for your summer programs. In order for us to advertise your positions to students, you need to contact us by February to schedule campus recruiting dates.

The Fairfield University Career Planning Center is now using eRecruiting.com to coordinate the campus recruiting process. eRecruiting.com enables the employer to review applicant resumes continuously through the application deadline. It also allows you to view your schedule for the dates you have reserved with us to conduct campus interviews.

How does it work?
Students submit resumes via a web based database called eRecruiting. You will be able to select students, whom you would like to interview through our website. You will also have access to their resumes and to e-mail them directly. After you select the students you wish to interview, they will choose an interview time. You are then able to view your schedule online.
