"Some internships take place in cross-functional settings. Others include working on a team. Still, others focus on specific projects or functions. Whatever the option, you will build on your internship through subsequent coursework, made more enriching by what you have learned on the job. At the end of your internship, an evaluation by your on-site supervisor will provide helpful feedback," says Kathy Tellis, director of internships at the Dolan School of Business.
