The Office of Human Resources, the OHR, provides a wide range of services to all employees of Fairfield University and Fairfield College Preparatory School.

In accordance with Fairfield University's Mission Statement which reflects the Jesuit Ideal, the goal of the Office of Human Resources is:

  • to serve the Fairfield University Community in the recruitment and retention of a qualified and diverse employee population;
  • to offer a competitive wage and salary program, comprehensive employee benefit plans and educational/training programs;
  • to encourage personal and professional growth; and
  • to provide advisory and consulting services on all human resource matters.

Regular Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Summer Hours:
Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
