The Office of Human Resources strives to provide advisory and consulting services on human resource matters to employees. Additionally, the OHR aims to share its resources and specialized expertise for the betterment of the community as a whole. Through quality service and support, employees play a large role in contributing to the campus community. We hope to provide growth and socialization experiences that motivate our employees and further enhance Fairfield's spirit and culture.
