Fairfield Fridays!
Fairfield Friday is held on the first Friday of every month and is a day when the members of Fairfield University show their pride in their institution and come together as a community.
On Fairfield Friday, members of the Fairfield University student community wear red to show off their love of Fairfield and events are planned throughout the day that bring the campus community together.

Campus Heroes Project
A campus-wide initiative that FUSA is spearheading is the Campus Heroes Project. The Campus Heroes Project recognizes students on a monthly basis that have made the Fairfield University community especially proud.
All members of the Fairfield Community (students, faculty, and staff) have the opportunity to nominate students that have done something special and worth recognizing over the previous month. The nomination forms will be sent to a selection committee made up of members from across the campus community. This committee will then select the award recipients and notify them soon thereafter.
The award recipients will be recognized through an ad in the school newspaper and at a dinner hosted by University President Fr. Jeffrey von Arx, S.J. at his home.
All nomination forms are due to the Office of Student Activities by the 3rd Friday of each month and the selections will be made over the following week.
