Accreditation

  • All degree programs have the approval of the Connecticut State Department of Higher Education.
  • All certification programs have been accredited by the State of Connecticut Department of Education.
  • The Counselor Education programs have also earned national accreditation from the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP), a specialized accrediting body recognized by the Council on Recognition of Postsecondary Accreditation (CORPA).Request info
  • The Marriage and Family Therapy Program is also nationally accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), also recognized by CORPA.
  • The School Psychology follows the guidelines of the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) and the Connecticut Association of School Psychologists (CASP).
