The Office of Human Resources, the OHR, provides a wide range of services to all employees of Fairfield University and Fairfield College Preparatory School.

In accordance with Fairfield University's Mission Statement which reflects the Jesuit Ideal, the goal of the Office of Human Resources is to serve the Fairfield University Community in the recruitment and retention of a qualified, diverse employee population through the administration of a competitive wage and salary program, comprehensive employee benefit plans and educational/training programs which encourage personal and professional growth; and to provide advisory and consulting services on all human resource matters.

The OHR is located in Dolan Commons, Lower Level 4.
