Recommend a Purchase for the Library

- Policy: Fairfield University Community Only. Purchase recommendations will be evaluated in terms of their appropriateness to the instructional program and the funds available.
- Note to Faculty: This form is intended for your personal recommendations, independent of the annual school/department/program allocation provided by the library. Orders using your allocation should be submitted in the customary way to your Dean, Department Chair, Program Director, Faculty Library Liaison, or Librarian Liaison.
- Periodicals: The addition of a journal subscription usually requires the cancellation of a current subscription of equal cost and a review of the journals assigned to your school, department, or program is normally recommended.
- We May Already Have It: Before submitting your request, please check the Library Catalog to determine whether the Library already owns the item you need or has it on order.
Please provide the following information
