Design and Digital Print Services

Design and Digital Print Services' (DDP) primary responsibility is the design, printing, and distribution (including mailing) of University publications. DDP is also responsible for maintaining the graphic integrity of the University brand. Services offered by DDP are on-site design, digital printing of classroom materials, color digital and offset printing of brochures, postcards, event posters, and 36" wide format printing of academic research posters, banners, and event directional signage.

Design projects are submitted to the design department by the Account Managers within the Marketing and Communications Division who have been assigned to support the marketing needs of the individual schools and other departments of the University.

Mailing services include: variable data mailings, addressing, collating, folding, inserting, wafer sealing, and post office delivery of primarily 1st and 3rd class presort mailings.

Satellite copiers on campus are made available to the University community for convenience purposes. To gain access to a unit close to you, please contact DDP to arrange for an access code.
