Before sending any materials, artists and managers are encouraged to look at the season event listings on our website to determine if the Quick Center for the Arts actually programs the genre or style that you or your artist performs.

Promotional kits should include:

• an artist bio
• black and white or color photos
• an audio cd/dvd recording
• recent press clippings and reviews
  *Please do not send video tapes.

Promotional materials will not be returned. The Quick Center receives many booking inquiries and artist's information each year. Therefore, it is not possible to return all of them. Please do not send any originals that cannot be replaced.

The booking process includes the review of hundreds of artists each year. However, only a select few will actually be engaged for the Center's season. Even when the Center is interested in an artist, it may take years for the booking to be the correct choice for that particular upcoming season. Please understand that we may not be able to respond to your mailing or inquiry. Please keep the theatre's programming staff updated to your information or to where we can view live performances.
