The registration of eligible candidates for the 2008 summer theatre camp presented by the Quick Center for the Arts will be determined through a lottery-style registration, to ensure the registration process is completely fair and equally accessible for every potential participant. The registration lottery will take place in the Kelley Theatre at the Quick Center at 5 p.m., Monday, March 10, 2008 (attendance NOT necessary). Initial enrollment in the Missoula Children's Theatre Company program will be based upon the results of the lottery and will NOT be dependent upon the order in which the registrations are received.

To be eligible for the lottery, the Quick Center Box Office MUST receive the Registration Form before 2 p.m., Monday, March 10. Registration Forms received after 2 p.m., Monday, March 10, will be added to the waiting list after the lottery process is complete.

The Registration Form, along with the required tuition per applicant (credit card or checks only), should be mailed or brought in person to an official Box Office representative at the Quick Center for the Arts, Fairfield University, 1073 North Benson Road, Fairfield, CT 06824-5195, Attn: Box Office MCT.

NO Registration Forms will be accepted by telephone, fax, or e-mail, prior to the lottery registration Monday, March 10. ONLY ONE REGISTRATION NEEDED PER FAMILY.

Each child's participation is limited to one session, depending upon availability. Please be certain that your child's session preferences are clearly indicated. Each Registration Form will be assigned a "Lottery Number" upon receipt, which will be the applicant's lottery number for the registration drawing. Each family will have one "Lottery Number." Payments will be processed only upon confirmation of registration during the week following the enrollment lottery. Participants will be notified of their placement in the program by e-mail.

Please note that full tuition payment must now be included with registration form.
