Men's Club Soccer

Men's Club Soccer has joined the Department of Recreation Sport Clubs at Fairfield University. This year represents their first full season of competition on the club level.

The men will compete during the fall and spring semesters. Matches include universities located throughout New England, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut.

During this past fall semester, The Stags finished with a 3-1-1 record. They opened the season with three straight wins over Princeton, Hofstra, and Yale. Their first and only loss of the fall was in a rematch with Hofstra. The club then wrapped up their season with a 2-2 tie versus Yale. This contest marked a first for the club, with the game being played under the lights on Alumni Field.

With strong student leadership in place, the future looks bright for Men's Club Soccer at Fairfield, as yet another tradition has begun.
