Application Instructions

These instructions are meant for Fairfield University programs including: Florence, Galway, Brisbane, Managua, Syracuse (Sicily), St. Petersburg, etc. For affiliated programs, use the forms and follow directions provided by the individual program.

You may send us complete or partial applications. We will keep your materials on file until your application is complete. Call us to check on the status of your application.

Request for Transcript Form (non-Fairfield students only)

Required for all programs:

• Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond expected date of return. If you don't have a passport, apply for one NOW.
• Passport photos - You'll need at least 1 photo for your program application and probably more for other purposes. You may need as many as 8. Save money by buying them all at once. Chain drugstores like CVS are the cheapest place to get them done. You can usually get 8 for under $10. Note: it's ok if they don't match the one in your passport.

Also required for Florence (if applying for internship):

• Your resume. You should strive for the best content and presentation possible. Remember, internships can be competitive and you want to showcase your skills, knowledge, and experience.

• Photocopy of your birth certificate
• Completed NUIG Application
