National Computer Camps

Computer camp

Michael Zabinski, Ph.D., Professor of Physics and Engineering at Fairfield University, founded National Computer Camps, Inc. (NCC) in 1977. Now in its 31st year, NCC is America's original computer camp. The focus of NCC is 2D and 3D video game design, computer programming, digital video production, web page design, A+ and Network+ certification, and software applications including animation, Flash and graphics. An optional sports program is also available. Each week NCC offers all levels of programming in Basic, C++, Java, assembler, HTML, XML, and JavaScript. The coed campers, ages 8-18, may attend one- or multi-week sessions with a continuous curriculum that is age appropriate and suitable for beginners to the super advanced. The camps are held at Fairfield University in June, July, and August and are ideal for experienced and first-time campers. Residential and day programs are available. NCC is where campers arrive with a dream and leave with a future.
