Leadership Opportunities

Student Leadership Conference

Each semester, the Office of Student Activities & Facilities, sponsors a Leadership Conference for all students that includes an opening session or keynote speaker as well as hands-on workshops that helps them discover and develop their leadership skills.

Presenters come from various departments on campus, as well as other colleges and universities. Those students serving as officers of clubs and organizations are strongly encouraged to attend; however, all students are invited to participate in this conference.

Delegations of Fairfield University student leaders are also sent to select regional and national conferences to expand leadership knowledge in the campus community.
