Graduate Student Life
The Office of Graduate Student Life seeks to foster a sense of community among graduate students by organizing and planning intellectual, cultural, and social events, recreational outings, Jesuit service learning and other activities. Each semester the Office of Graduate Student Life publishes a calendar with a variety of events and programs for graduate students.
As the fall semester is coming to an end, the Office of Graduate Student Life wants to wish you the best of luck on your finals and a relaxing Christmas break.
Please be aware that registration for spring classes started December 2. GSEAP non-matriculated students cannot register until Monday, December 16. Students are urged to register online. When you register online, you automatically sign the promissory note and your tuition and fees are not due until January 2, 2014. Classes resume again on Thursday, January 16, 2014. For more information check out Fairfield’s website or contact the University Registrar Office.
If you need any research assistance for your final papers do not hesitate to contact (phone, in-person, and online) the DiMenna-Nyselius Library staff. They are there to help you and can answer questions, such as how to cite an article, which database to choose for a topic, or how to locate a book. For more information go to www.fairfield.edu/library or call the reference desk at (203) 254-4000, ext. 2178.

Twitter and Facebook
Over the past three years we have built up our Facebook and Twitter followers. We continue to encourage you to "like" us on Facebook or "follow" us on Twitter. These accounts are regularly updated with events for graduate students, campus updates (cancelled classes, parking restrictions) and so much more!
Graduate Student Assembly
The Grad Student Assembly is an advisory board made up of graduate students from each program, working together to assist and advocate for the graduate student experience and the Jesuit character of our programs.
The graduate student assembly acts as the liaison between the graduate student body and the University administration. They help plan and coordinate the semester events. If you are interested in attending a Graduate Student Assembly meeting, we encourage you to attend!
