Peer Educator Program
Sometimes the best advice you get comes from a student who was in your shoes a few years ago. That’s why the Career Planning Center created the Peer Educator Program so students could help fellow students with career-related questions
What is the Career Planning Peer Educator Program?
The Career Planning Peer Educator Program is a student leadership program for junior and senior students interested in helping underclassmen develop career readiness skills. Peer Educators receive extensive training from the Career Planning Center staff and use that knowledge to meet with and guide students in the Center.
Peer Educators assist students with:
- Writing a resume from scratch
- Tips for using LinkedIn
- Applying for internships and jobs
- Sharing interview tips
Who can apply: Rising juniors and seniors
How to Participate: Applications will be available spring 2014 to be a Peer Educator for the 2014-15 academic year. There will be a link to the application on this site.
