In accordance with state and federal law, Fairfield University is committed to providing accommodations to students with disabilities in order to ensure equal access to its programs, services, and activities.
While Fairfield University does not have specialized or specific programs for students with disabilities, the Office of Accessibility does facilitate reasonable academic and campus life accommodations for students who disclose a disability and request accommodations through the Office of Accessibility.
Students with disabilities can begin the accommodation request process by completing the online intake form through the "Accessibility and Accommodations" portal on my.fairfield or by contacting the Office of Accessibility at ooa@fairfield.edu.

The Office of Accessibility facilitates effective, reasonable classroom and campus life accommodations for all students on campus who disclose a disability, meet the eligibility criteria, and request accommodations.

The Office of Accessibility is committed to providing accommodations to students with disabilities and temporary impairments to ensure that the student is provided with equal access to their academic and campus life activities. All accommodation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and through an interactive process with each student.
Animals On Campus Policy
The University is committed to allowing individuals with disabilities the use of Service Animals on campus to facilitate the individual’s full participation and equal access to the University’s programs and activities.
