Support Services
Information Technology Services (ITS) employs highly trained technicians to support technology needs for both Faculty and Staff across the University.
University employees with any computing needs are encouraged to submit a request through our online ticketing system for any software, hardware, or network related issues. Personally owned computers and printers that were not purchased through the University may be referred back to the manufacturer for further assistance in resolving any hardware related issues.
ITS Help Desk
Information Technology Services Help Desk employs student technicians who work under our full-time Help Desk Supervisor and provide the following:
- Software Support
- Hardware Support
- WiFi and other technical issues
- Short term loaner laptops are available for students, faculty and staff
