As a research student, I have conducted 3 different studies, gained statistical knowledge, and had the opportunity to present at various conferences in Boston, DC, and Norway. I have learned so much about research from Fairfield.

Student Research Symposium
Each year, Fairfield University hosts a Student Research Symposium to promote, connect, and seek additional funding for student-led research. Both undergraduate and graduate students participate in the Student Research Symposium, where they showcase their faculty- mentored research projects.

The INSPIRE Fund for Student Research
The Fairfield University Office of Student Research and National Fellowships supports student research through the INSPIRE Fund, promoting faculty-student collaboration. Funded by generous donors, INSPIRE helps students engage in research locally and globally. Grantees have earned prestigious awards like the Fulbright and Goldwater scholarships and pursued top graduate programs. Funding is awarded twice annually through a competitive process.
Deadlines for INSPIRE Grant applications are October 15 and March 8.
