In accordance with NC-SARA requirements, complaints resulting from distance education courses in other SARA states should first be registered and addressed through standard Fairfield University procedures. These can be found under “Student Academic Grievance Procedure” in the Undergraduate and Graduate Catalogs. Concerns related to discrimination and harassment should be addressed through the process described in the Student Handbook.
