Fairfield University's minor in leadership ethics offers a philosophical grounding to student study and practice of the essential concepts related to effective ethical leadership: character, influence, power, justice, and the common good.

Ground philosophical studies in reality

Fairfield’s leadership ethics minor aims to make available more than 2,500 years of sustained thinking about ethics and reasoning to students interested in leadership positions both within and outside the university.
