SEHD’s library science minor is a perfect addition to any student's major field of study. By completing the program, future educators will be better prepared to maximize technology and library sciences in their classrooms and effectively prepare their students to succeed in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Focus on a specific learning environment

Students in this minor can choose between two general subject areas: library and information studies and alternate & informal learning environments. Experience in either of these areas will make students more appealing to future employers while preparing them to adapt and overcome.
