The Sociology and Anthropology Department at Fairfield University challenges students to examine the social and cultural dimensions of the modern world. Career Outlook

As a senior major in sociology and anthropology, you may enter a fieldwork placement program. You will spend 10 hours a week as an intern gaining practical experience. Often, this work leads to postgraduate employment and can also be an important qualification in applications to graduate school.
