Undergraduate Plans

Full-time undergraduate students can pay for the semester monthly via a payment plan administered by Nelnet. This semester-based plan allows you to spread the semester balance due over 4 months.

The Fall semester plan runs from July 1 to October 1. The deadline to enroll is July 20.

The Spring semester plan runs from December 1 to March 1, with enrollment opening in November. The deadline to enroll is December 20.

Please note: Plans do not automatically renew from one semester to another. Students must sign up each semester for a new plan. There are no exceptions to the deadline date for enrollment.

There is an enrollment fee per semester due upon sign-up.

The student can initiate enrollment in a plan through my.Fairfield. A student can grant access to others, such as a parent or guardian, who will receive their own login to the plan. Please contact the Office of the Bursar for assistance at bursar@fairfield.edu.

Monthly Tuition Payment Plan

Graduate and Continuing Studies

For Graduate & Continuing Studies students, payment plans are available during the fall and spring semesters. At registration, students pay one-third of the tuition plus 100% of the fees. The student will sign a promissory note to pay the remaining tuition balance in two consecutive monthly installments. The promissory note payment due dates vary according to the semester.

Failure to honor the terms of the promissory note will prevent future monthly payment plans and affect future registrations. There is a processing fee for utilizing the monthly payment plan.
