Prospective Students
Fairfield University welcomes international students from around the world in recognition of the diverse perspective they bring to the classroom and the greater University community. Our students represent a variety of countries throughout Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania, & South America. We hope you'll consider starting your journey here at Fairfield University.
The Office of Student Engagement (OSE) is the main resource for F-1 and J-1 international students at Fairfield University. OSE is responsible for advising all incoming non-immigrant students on areas such as:
- The issuance of Forms I-20 or DS-2019
- The procedures to obtain a U.S. visa
- International Student Orientation
- Arrival and Move-In
Moreover, OSE provides personal advising involving information on medical health insurance, campus life, and adapting to student life in the United States.
