Spring 2023 Living Theology Workshops

The Center for Catholic Studies invites you to participate in these in-person discussions at the DiMenna-Nyselius Library.

“Inequality at Fairfield University?”

Tuesday, March 7 | 5 p.m. | DiMenna-Nyselius Library Multimedia Room

This panel presentation, featuring William H. Johnson, PhD, associate vice president and dean of student life, and Corry D. Unis, vice president for strategic enrollment management, will unpack and examine some aspects of inequality on the Fairfield campus — including but not limited to financial aid, debt relief, affirmative action, and culture and lifestyle issues. What is the reality, and what can we do about it?

“Addressing Inequality: The Bellarmine Campus”

Tuesday, April 11 | 5 p.m. | DiMenna-Nyselius Library Multimedia Room

This informational session will cover the new Fairfield Bellarmine two-year associate's degree initiative in Bridgeport, presented by Rev. Kevin O’Brien, S.J., dean and executive director of Fairfield Bellarmine, and Nakia Letang, director of admissions. How does this new venture relate to the issues of academic and social inequality?

These in-person events are free and open to the public.
