With new threats to cybersecurity evolving at an unprecedented rate, businesses are more vulnerable to cybercriminals than ever. These growing threats make cybersecurity more critical, and the demand for cybersecurity professionals greater.
Starting a career in the field of cybersecurity can be overwhelming because of the many paths professionals can pursue. Tune in at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 20, for a virtual discussion: “IBM Experts Share Their Experience in the Field of Cybersecurity.” During this webinar, participants will hear from two IBM experts about their experience in cybersecurity. They will share tips for entering the field or advancing in the field, an overview of their responsibilities at IBM, as well as a detail of their daily activities.
Panelists include Brittany Manley, senior manager and BISO delegate, CIO Risk Management; Michael P Shute, senior IT architect and master inventor, CIO GRC Platforms; and assistant professor and Cybersecurity and Data Science Program Director Mirco Speretta, PhD.
