Mentor a current Fairfield University junior or senior over Winter Break: registration for Job Shadow closes next Tuesday, Oct. 1.
Fairfield's Alumni Job Shadow program provides students with an opportunity to observe alumni in their workplace – or to connect virtually – to learn about careers, industries, and jobs. Job Shadow days are typically scheduled over Winter Break and can take place in a variety of formats:
- Office Visit: Host a student for a half-day or full-day at your workplace.
- Lunch Meeting: Meet a student for a career-focused conversation over lunch.
- Virtual Session: Set up a video call for an in-depth informational session.

Registration closes next Tuesday, Oct. 1. In addition to alumni, parents of current students and friends of the University are also invited to participate as mentors in the Job Shadow program.
