Fairfield University Men's Lacrosse has climbed to #15 in the nation in all three major national polls this week. The Stags are 8-0 on the season – one of three remaining unbeaten teams in the nation – entering Saturday's home CAA meeting with Drexel.
Fairfield's climb to #15 entails moving up one spot in both the USILA Coaches' Poll and the Inside Lacrosse Media Poll. The Stags jumped three places to #15 in the USA Lacrosse Top 20 following Saturday's 29-4 CAA win at Hampton.
The #15 position is Fairfield's best in the coaches' poll since ranking #14 in the penultimate poll of the 2014 campaign. The Stags' best national ranking is #11, also achieved in 2014.
