Dolan’s Executive Forum to Explore Women’s Leadership in the 21st Century, Feb. 21

Six alumnae will share their insight and experience as women business leaders across industries. 

On Thursday, February 21, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., the Dolan School will host a signature event, the Dean’s Executive Forum, entitled “Women’s Leadership in the 21st Century.” The goal of the Dean’s Executive Forum is to educate principled and socially responsible business leaders and prepare students for future leadership roles. The forum panel will feature six alumnae who will reflect on their professional pathways and career experiences, offer a general discussion regarding women in the workplace, and explore the future of women’s roles in leadership positions.

Moderating the panel will be Fairfield University Board of Trustees member Nancy Altobello '80, former EY global vice chair for talent. At EY, Altobello was responsible for leading the global talent function for more than 250,000 people in over 150 countries. She also served as a member of the EY global board and the global talent executive committee.

The panel will be comprised of the following women business leaders from the Class of 2004:

Ursula Hurley ’04, VP Treasurer at JetBlue Airways
During her nearly 15 years at JetBlue, Ursula Hurley has served many roles including vice president of structural programs, manager of corporate finance, and analyst. Last year she was promoted to treasurer of the company. Hurley graduated with a bachelor's from Fairfield and received her MBA from Columbia.

Lindsey Moore ’04CFO of Bloomberg Enterprise Sales & Analytics
In her role as CFO, Lindsey Moore leads the global finance operations supporting Bloomberg's enterprise sales and analytics departments which consist of 3,000+ employees and multi-billion dollar annual revenues. She has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance from Fairfield, and a master’s certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova.

Lindsay Muldoon ’04, Vice President of Northern Trust Global Fund Services
As vice president of global fund services at Northern Trust, Lindsay Muldoon focuses on new business development. She has served as both a sales analyst and relationship manager and previously worked at Goldman Sachs. Muldoon has a bachelor's in finance from Fairfield.

Natalie Reska ’04Managing Director and Head of Americas Institutional Commodities Sales at Bank of America
Natalie Reska is responsible for providing commodity investment solutions for Bank of America as the managing director and head of Americas Institutional Commodities Sales. Reska graduated from Fairfield with a bachelor’s in finance and has been actively involved in several Bank of America mentor initiatives including their Women’s Leadership Council.

Lindsay Sampson Bishop ’04Partner at K&L Gates
As a partner in the litigation department at K&L Gates in Boston, Lindsay Sampson Bishop concentrates on general commercial disputes with an expertise in insurance coverage and consumer finance litigation. After graduating with a bachelor's from Fairfield, Bishop pursued her JD from Northeastern School of Law.

Colleen Tycz ’04, MA’11Director, National Account Manager, Retirement Solutions Division at Legg Mason Global Asset Management
Colleen Tycz is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships for Legg Mason in the recruitment solutions division. Previously, Tycz led the institutional channel marketing team. She holds both her bachelor's and MBA from Fairfield.
