Dolan students now have access to three new graduate programs and the flexibility of online and hybrid course delivery for the MSBA and MBA programs.

In response to market demand and a desire to offer students more flexibility to pursue graduate studies, the Charles F. Dolan School of Business has launched three new graduate programs and transitioned two of its existing programs to online and hybrid formats.

Prospective students now have access to the new MS in Management (MSM) and MS in Marketing Analytics and Strategy (MAS) programs. The MSM is designed for recent graduates with a non-business background and working professionals who desire fundamental business skills. The MAS was created to answer the demand of companies seeking data-driven professionals who can use sophisticated methods to analyze consumer preferences and behavior. And nurses interested in executive leadership positions in healthcare organizations can now apply for Fairfield’s dual Master of Science in Nursing and Master of Business Administration degree (MSN/MBA), a first-of-its-kind partnership between the Egan School of Nursing and Health Studies and Fairfield Dolan.

In addition to three new graduate programs, prospective students will benefit from the flexibility to pursue two signature Dolan master’s degrees in online and hybrid formats. The MS in Business Analytics (MSBA) will now be offered in a fully online format while the MBA will be offered in a hybrid format, as well as the traditional face-to-face track.

Assistant Dean of Dolan Graduate Programs, Leanne De Los Santos, shared, “Our goal at Dolan is to offer recent graduates and working professionals opportunities to earn master’s degrees that meet the needs of employers while providing maximum flexibility to balance personal obligations. We have the benefit of expertise from our graduate program advisory boards to inform how we shape new program offerings.”
