Fairfield University Bookstore to Celebrate a Decade Downtown, Nov. 13

On Saturday, Nov. 13, a 10-Year Anniversary Celebration is planned, featuring guest authors, kids' crafts, light refreshments, cheerleaders, members of Fairfield University’s athletic teams, and Lucas the Stag.

The Fairfield University Bookstore has called 1499 Post Road home for the past 10 years, playing both the roles of university bookstore and community hub. This November 13, a 10-Year Anniversary Celebration is planned. Guest authors, crafts, balloon animal art, light refreshments, cheerleaders, members of Fairfield University’s athletic teams, and Lucas the Stag will commemorate the milestone. 

In addition to honoring 10 years of memories, the bookstore is receiving an interior design refresh and will be offering 25 percent off all Legacy F-Stag Logo retail items throughout the month of November.

Community members are invited to join the day’s activities on Saturday, November 13!

Schedule of Events:

11 – 11:30 a.m.: Welcome Ceremony

11:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.: Mini Pep Rally

12 – 1 p.m.: Storytime with Fairfield Athletes

3 – 4 p.m.: Author Visit/Crafts/Signing with Lizzy Rockwell
