With the regular season ending this weekend for Fairfield Men’s and Women’s Basketball, the Stags will head to Atlantic City, N.J., next week for the 2023 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Championship. Action from Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall tips off on Tuesday, March 7 with both the men’s and women’s championship games slated for Saturday, March 11.

Fairfield Men’s Basketball, in its fourth season led by Head Coach Jay Young, will be the seventh-seeded team in the MAAC Championship, beginning their postseason on Tuesday, March 7 at 7 p.m. The Stags' opening round opponent will be determined by results around the league on Saturday.

The defending MAAC Champion from Fairfield Women’s Basketball has earned a bye to the quarterfinal round in Head Coach Carly Thibault-Dudonis’s first season on the sidelines. The Stags will play Siena on Thursday, March 9 at 3:30 p.m.
