Fairfield Dolan's Career Development Center equips students for their future careers through a series of spring networking events.

“The [Stags in Marketing] event was eye-opening - especially as an MAS student - to see how many different directions my degree can take me and to learn about branches of marketing I didn't know existed! By learning more about the industry from first-hand experiences, this knowledge has helped me progress in my career development.”

At Fairfield Dolan, career readiness skills are prioritized and critical for student success in the workplace. With 99% of Dolan students employed or enrolled in graduate school within 6 months (recent data from the Class of 2023), career readiness is a priority at Fairfield Dolan that transcends upon commencement.

According to senior director of career development Sarah Bollinger, EdD, “The Dolan Career Development Center (DCDC) offers many programs throughout the year that empower students to create resources to market themselves and leverage their professional network for employment,” said Bollinger.

To wrap up the spring semester, the DCDC hosted numerous events that leveraged alumni involvement, and unparalleled networking opportunities.
