Freshman year at Fairfield, I was at my first event at the Quick Center and the speaker said "look to your left, look to your right, a large percentage of you will be married one day." We all laughed it off. Okay, my future husband was NOT in that room, however, he was on campus and we did end up StagMates in the end! Back in Fall of 2005, just one year later, we both had an Art History class together. Who would have thought we both would have elected an 8am class, right? Neither of us at that time were 'in the market' but, fortunately for both of us, Alumni Weekend of 2007 we were able to reconnect and, as they say, the rest was (art) history. Yes, a love story was created at The Grape! October 20, 2012 we got married in our favorite location, Newport, RI. Since then we have been blessed with 3 beautiful children and have made our forever home in Madison, CT enjoying the shoreline and being near family. With frequency we count our blessings in our decision to attend Fairfield and meeting our StagMate in one another!
