Rob and I met during a Family Communications class we both took over Christmas break at Fairfield during our senior year. In one of our classes, we were paired together by the professor to play husband and wife in a skit. We started dating 2 months later and the rest is history. We got married in August 2020 and we had our first baby in December 2021 (John “Jack” Spina). Jack is named after my dad, John “Jack” Smith ’85, who is also a StagMate with my mom, Julia McIntosh Smith ’86. My older brother, Sullivan “Sully” Smith, is also a Stag from the Class of 2012. We would love for our little Jack to be a Stag one day!
