Located in the Quad, 70 McCormick Road is four stories tall and hosts an impressive common lounge on the first floor as well as study and social lounge on each floor. 70 McCormick Road houses first-year students only.

70 McCormick Hall residents are either charged the Double Room or Triple Room Residence Hall rate. See Tuition & Fees page for details.
