Office of Purchasing
The Fairfield University Purchasing Department is a service unit established to support the educational and research missions of the University. Our staff has the skills and training to assist University personnel in the purchase of required goods and services. It shall be the policy of Fairfield University to procure goods and services only when needed, and in an ethical manner that seeks to obtain the best value for the University in terms of price, quality, and service. All transactions are subject to the policies and procedures of the University.
For bid consideration, all vendor inquiries should be directed to the Purchasing Manager at the email address listed below.
The Purchasing Department is located in McAuliffe Hall, Room 213. Our hours of operation are 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding university holidays.
