Sponsored by the Center for Catholic Studies at Fairfield University, a lecture titled “Sexuality and Prayer: A Catholic Understanding” will be given by Rev. Thomas J. Fitzpatrick, S.J., on Monday, October 7 at 7:30 p.m. in the Multimedia Room of the DiMenna-Nyselius Library.
Presented by The Center for Catholic Studies at Fairfield University, the 5 p.m. lecture, “Carriers of Catholicism: Agents of a Future Church,” is free and open to the public.
The circus comes to town with the U.S. premiere of Tabarnak by Cirque Alfonse — a mash-up of contemporary circus, rock music, and traditional folklore.

New this season, the Quick has partnered with the Pequot Library in Southport, Conn. and the Fairfield University College of Arts and Sciences to present an expanded range of subjects.
