Fairfield University’s Master of Arts in Instructional Design is ideal for both working professionals and recent graduates who want to excel in the field of online learning. Candidates will master the design, development, and implementation of online learning environments for adult learners, while also exploring relevant learning theory. The program also emphasizes the understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the context of digital learning. Graduates of the program will develop the expertise to lead within their field of choice including corporate, academic, non-profit, governmental, and medical.
This fully online program provides students with flexible access to course materials to fit any busy schedule.
