Q: How do I request a book/movie/music item for office delivery?

A: To request an item you've located in the Library Search

  • Sign in with your NetID to see request options
  • Click "Request"
  • Choose if you want the item to be delivered to your office or come pick it up yourself at the Library
  • Submit the request

Q: How do I request an article or book chapter from the library's print collection to be scanned and deliver to me electronically?

A: For Scan & Delivery of local content or for materials not owned by the Library

  • Click on this link InterLibrary Loan & Document Delivery.
  • Enter your Net ID Username and Password. This page may be familiar to you as it is the same one you use for InterLibrary loan.
  • Click 'Article' under 'New Request' on the left side of the page.
  • Complete the form. You will be notified by e-mail when the electronic document is available for viewing.

Q: How will I receive my items?

A: Request your items through our catalog and we will do the rest.

  • You must have a staffed deliverable location on campus such as your office or that of your admin assistant.
  • Up to 5 items will be delivered to your office at a time.

Q: How do I request a return of my library materials?

Q: How can I verify that my return was received?

A: You can login to My Account on the DiMenna-Nyselius Library home page. You can see the materials checked out to you.

Q: When are items delivered?

A: Delivery is made once a day Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, between 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. during Fall and Spring Semesters. Summer schedule shifts to Wednesday delivery between 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Deliveries may be skipped due to Inclement weather and University Holidays.
